Job Summary

THIS POSITION IS ONLY FOR CURRENTLY ENROLLED CLAYTON STATE STUDENTS

Answers phone calls, helps and supports visitors. Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.Completes operational requirements by assisting with projects and tasks given by supervisor as well as help instructors.Help coordinate and organize community outreach and academic events (both on and off campus. Work with the supervisor on filing, copying, and faxing documents as needed. Work collaboratively with various teams (both student and faculty) to manage projects and produce documents.Monitor the front desk by helping answer telephones and helping faculty, staff, and students with questions. Maintain copying machines in the front office and the student lobby to ensure they have paper daily.Required Qualifications
