Job Description:

Main Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to creating a benefits strategy that aligns with the business strategy while ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Play a key role in designing benefits plans and programs.
  • Analyze cost and trend data to provide actionable recommendations.
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes to suggest compensation adjustments.
  • Devise communication strategies for benefit programs.
  • Act as the final point of contact for complex benefits issues.
  • Evaluate and recommend vendors through requests for proposals.
  • Manage vendors by reviewing contracts, assessing performance, analyzing costs, and ensuring compliance.
  • Assess the impact of mergers, acquisitions, or divestitures on employee benefit plans.
  • Help prepare materials for committee meetings and potentially attend these meetings.
  • Collaborate with Total Rewards leaders to provide support across functions.
  • Perform other assigned duties.
Job Requirements:
  • Must have a Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in benefits management.
Physical Requirements:
Sedentary work involving lifting up to 10 lbs. occasionally and negligible weight frequently.
