URGENT NEED Hiring now - Fully Remote Sr. Contact Center Healthcare Claims Associate

We are currently hiring seasoned, experienced CLAIMS PROCESSING ASSOCIATES. These positions are fully remote.

Candidates applying for these positions must have the following related experience:

U3+ years of experience on Federal Employee Benefit Calls and Claims
Excellent communication skills - spoken/written/comprehension
Advanced knowledge of MS Office
Ability to handle incomming calls from Providers
Handling complaints and dispute resolution
Take ownership and follow up to resolve, Ensure first call resolution
Typing skills @ 25 WPM with minimum 90% accuracy
Preferred prior experience of taking calls from Providers related to Federal Employee Program claims and appeals
Experience of researching/adjusting Federal Employee Benefit claims in Facets and FEP Direct
Strongly preferred experience using Facets
Preferred experience with Salesforce
Preferred experience with Macess

Key Responsibilites
Answering incoming calls from FEP Providers during overflow from call center
Researching claims and responding to inquiries
Processing all Federal Employees Program (FEP) claims as per policy and procedure outlined if needed based on Inquiry
Reviewing and providing information on claims status, Benefits, Coverage etc
Collaborating with team for raising and resolving Member/Provider Appeals within the timeframes outlined by the FEP guidelines
