We have an exciting opportunity within our Contract Sales team to join our Moores family. This is a role will involve the continued development of relationships with our existing housebuilder customers. Managing and progressing enquiries from tender through to providing accurate and complete handovers to installation team.

This role would primarily be field based within the South East of England, with occasional overnight stays and visits to Head Office based in Wetherby, West Yorkshire.

Job Profile:


Account Development – the ability to open doors where framework agreements are in place and demonstrably improve share of available spend.

Develop multi-level and cross functional relationship within regional head offices of Key Account customers.
Work with key contacts to develop new solutions to add value.
Drive growth of revenue and margin.
Business Planning & Reporting.
Produce quarterly and annual sales forecast.
Report on activity via CRM system
Review and own enquiry updates through to outcome.
Provide commercial intelligence on pricing proposals and enquiry outcomes.
Arrange samples and show homes as necessary.
Project implementation in line with agreed processes.
Market & competitor knowledge.
Facilitate clearance of credit queries and overdue balances.

Previous Experience:
Multi account management.
Track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
Knowledge of route to market.
Kitchen, bathroom and bedroom knowledge is an advantage.
