MJH Life Sciences is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with a strong focus on data-driven analysis to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will be instrumental in bridging the gap between our Data Analytics team and our business initiatives.

Your expertise in analyzing business processes, eliciting and documenting requirements, and ensuring the effective use of data and technology in meeting the business needs is crucial.

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in improving and optimizing our processes and systems, leading to enhanced business outcomes and deliverables.

Job Responsibilities

Lead the elicitation and analysis of data-related business requirements from stakeholders.
Translate business needs into detailed requirements and functional specifications and contribute to solution design.

Work closely with our Technical Project Manager, Data Analysts, and Data Product Managers to ensure alignment with business objectives and initiatives.

Assist the Data Product Management team with defining requirements and scoping ticket requests.
Assist with special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
Desired Skills and Experience

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the skill to negotiate and work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and independent decision-making skills.
Great team player with the ability to interact and communicate with all levels of management.
Proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
Experience working in an Agile environment is preferred.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience using Tableau and Snowflake is a plus.
