Duties:

- Manage the onboarding process for new hires
- Utilize Paylocity HRIS systems for recruitment activities
- Develop and implement training programs for new recruiters
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals to ensure a strong talent pipeline



Proven experience as a Healthcare Recruiter or similar role in the healthcare industry
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and techniques specific to healthcare recruiting
- Ability to manage full-cycle recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding
- Strong negotiation skills to secure top talent through contract negotiations
- Experience with cold calling potential candidates to build a candidate pool

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
