About the Role

At Jackson Healthcare, we're committed to delivering exceptional healthcare staffing solutions. As an Account Representative - Recruiting, you'll play a vital role in driving divisional growth by assisting Account Executives with business development. Your primary focus will be on lead generation, contacting and qualifying active and passive prospective clinicians, and using a screening process to determine their suitability for our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate recruiting leads for Associate Account Executives and/or Account Executives by contacting clinicians via various channels, including telephone calls, emails, and text messages.
  • Receive and respond to inbound calls and inquiries from new and prospective clinicians.
  • Utilize Marketing Cloud and Distributed Marketing email tools to source clinician leads for new open orders.
  • Update clinician profiles, preferences, licensure, and certifications in our company database.
  • Qualify and match clinicians to current open orders based on their availability and skills.
  • Communicate with new clinicians upon registration on our website or affiliated sites, educating them on our services, resources, and processes.
  • Submit qualified candidates to the Associate Account Executive or Account Executive for the respective territory.
  • Develop and maintain new and existing clinician relationships in partnership with the AAE and/or AE.
  • Manage daily schedules of calls, meetings, and follow-ups.
  • Achieve/exceed daily and monthly activity goals and metrics as set by your manager.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous corporate experience preferred but not required.
