We are staffing for open Therapist positions at a Maryland-based private Mental Health Clinic located in Baltimore, Salisbury, Princess Anne, and Crisfield. Due to expansion, in OUR BALTIMORE, MD office, we are seeking rising therapists to groom in our different and unique agency. We also are open to therapists who are experienced to provide services on a full-time, part-time basis, including evenings and weekends- if available.
Applicants with experience in Cognitive Behavior Therapy and other theoretical modalities are more than welcome to apply, and the ideal person should have experience providing therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and/or adults with varying symptoms including anxiety/depression, trauma, and life challenges. Applicants must be committed to assisting patients by forming strong relationships and demonstrating a passion for providing the highest level of care to our patients.
If you are a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Counselor (LMFC), Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC), or Licensed Graduate Social Worker (LGSW), or LMSW and are wanting to join a progressive and fun private practice, contact us.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conduct thorough psychological assessments, treatment plans, and smart goals.
- Utilize evidenced-based therapeutic services who present with varying symptoms, including substance abuse.
- On-going support. Most of our sessions are in-person.
- Freedom to craft new ideas and services to further enhance care coordination.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract (we are flexible).
Pay: $ $80.00 per hour. (Depending on License and Experience).
