As a licensed therapist, you will play a critical role in delivering behavioral health counseling services to our beneficiaries. Our HEART Team provides holistic, interdisciplinary, community-based medical and behavioral health services designed to help individuals manage complex medical and behavioral health illnesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy services based on an understanding and integration of various theoretical approaches to human behavior.
  • Collaborate with HEART Team members and beneficiaries to develop therapeutic goals and interventions.
  • Develop wellness plans, crisis plans, safety plans, and relapse prevention plans as needed to support stable functioning.
  • Participate in regularly scheduled caseload consultation with the supervisor and/or HEART Team and communicate behavioral health recommendations to the beneficiary and their care providers.
  • Determine the use of Peer Recovery Specialists and provide clinical guidance on their services.
  • Participate in education and other activities necessary to maintain competency in clinical work.
  • Provide services remotely, in-office, telephonically, via telehealth, in the community, or beneficiary's home as beneficiary needs and preferences dictate.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
  • Licensed Certified Social Worker - Clinical (LCSW-C) or equivalent license.
  • Valid State Driver's License in good standing.
  • CPR certification within 90 days.
  • Mental Health and/or Substance Use experience preferred.

Compensation:

This position has a hiring range of $60,000 to $101,899.20.
