Your Purpose


In this role, you will be a part of the Research & Analytics team within the Strategy & Planning function, playing a critical part in contributing to the success of the organization's commercial strategy.

This will be accomplished by providing insights and narratives that ensure decision-makers have the information they need to make informed choices that drive or redirect the strategy.

Additionally, you will play a large part in shaping the direction of the company's marketing efforts.

For example, these insights will enable the organization to make decisions leading to the efficient execution of marketing promotions and campaigns in a manner that optimizes spend while maximizing ridership and revenue.

Lastly, you will leverage advanced analytics and statistical analysis to help predict and inform the outcome of our commercial efforts.

Your Role


Primary focus is to own the analysis related to the performance of marketing promotions and campaigns while providing insights into how to optimize spend and drive strong business outcomes, with a secondary focus on operational and G&A data analysis.

Convert the output of ad-hoc or custom inquiries into permanent data assets by developing impactful Power BI dashboards which provide meaningful insights to stakeholders.

Harmonize multiple data points such as web behavior, geography, travel segments, and demographic attributes to predict commercial goals.

Develop strategies related to AB testing, causal impact analysis, and feature analysis that provide insight into which content, products, and channels drive the most incremental ridership and/or revenue.

Serve as a primary partner to our marketing partners to assist in the development of campaign segmentation and personalization strategies that optimize conversion rates and optimize spending.

Support Executive and Investor inquiries related to Revenue and Ridership Performance

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics)
Proven experience in data analytics, preferably in a marketing or commercial support role.
Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Journey Optimizer.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Strategic thinker with a proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
