About the Role:

The Business Systems Analyst at StevenDouglas will work in a fast-paced office environment, collaborating with teams to ensure clients receive the working capital they need to grow their business. This role involves extensive training and a focus on internal promotion opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit and review financial statements, application submissions, and other relevant data to ensure accuracy and thoroughness.
  • Interpret financial data to identify key information, such as average daily balances, debits, revenue credits, and other criteria.
  • Identify trends that may increase underwriting risk and flag them for further review.
  • Review credit and business scores, ownership records, mortgage or lease records, and other factors used by senior underwriters.
  • Meet or exceed established performance and production metrics.
  • Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Work independently, accurately, and quickly, focusing on details and maintaining a high level of productivity.
  • Proficiently use Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, to navigate and analyze data.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are required.
