Our BDR's work in the field at our partner retail locations (membership warehouses), greeting and engaging with customers face-to-face while generating interest in scheduling service appointments for residential furnace and air-conditioning maintenance & replacement.

Time: 10am - 4pm
What We Offer
Base hourly rate $17/hour+ PLUS uncapped commission earn on average $20-30/hour

Responsibilities:
What Will I Do?
Autonomous work in the field at one of our partner retail locations (Ability to work independently required)
Greet customers in the store, encouraging them to stop and learn about the company's products and services
Engage customers in conversation and connect them with our in-house call center to schedule an appointment
Build relationships with customers who may be interested in reaching back out at a later date for themselves, friends, or family members
Attend weekly or monthly meetings and trainings
Represent the company professionally, honestly, and ethically
Qualifications:
Do I Have What it Takes?
Reliable transportation and a smart phone (Bring your own device stipend offered)
Weekend availability required
Strong work ethic to perform independently with minimal supervision
At least 18 years of age
Bilingual speaking is a plus (but not required)
Physical Demands/Work Environment:
Standing/walking for sustained periods of time (in an air-conditioned building)
