Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Utilize a combination of referrals, self-generated leads, and local marketing programs to identify new business opportunities and expand our client base.
- Client Engagement: Meet with clients to understand their business needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements, leveraging our comprehensive suite of Human Resource Services Solutions.
- Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with our Go-to-Market Sales Strategy, identifying customer needs and presenting our solutions to key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Quote and Proposal Development: Collaborate with our sales team to develop quotes and proposals that meet client needs and drive revenue growth.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their questions and concerns, and negotiating agreements to close sales.
- Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our HCM solutions to existing clients, driving revenue growth and expanding our market share.
- Account Management: Analyze client needs and interests, determining which products are appropriate and referring to our partners when necessary.
- Reporting and Administration: Complete and submit accurate sales-related paperwork, expense reports, and weekly activity reports in a timely manner.
- Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, ensuring successful attainment of sales objectives, quota, and key performance metric targets.
- Partner Collaboration: Work with our partners to resolve client implementation issues and related customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.
Requirements:
- Education: Associate's Degree (Preferred)
- Experience: 1 year of experience in inside or outside business-to-business sales
- License: Valid Driver's License (Required)
