Our client is seeking an experienced Facilities Supervisor/Manager to oversee their manufacturing plant on 1st Shift in North Andover, MA. The role involves managing the Facilities department and team, as well as conducting repairs and maintenance within the facility. Responsibilities include:
- Performing minor plumbing and electrical repairs
- Supervising Facility Technicians
- Coordinating contractor activities
- Maintaining equipment to ensure production readiness
- Managing maintenance and preventative programs
- Assisting with equipment investigations and audits
- Minimum 5 years manufacturing experience
- Minimum 1 year of Supervisory/Management experience
- Experience with electrical, plumbing, and hydraulic maintenance
- Manual dexterity and ability to coordinate facility operations
- Ability to stand and sit for extended periods
Location: North Andover, MA
Schedule: Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm
Pay: DOE
