Job Duties:

Here are the details:

  • Coach, develop, and motivate team members to impress customers and surpass sales objectives.
  • Provide an 'expert' level of sales coaching to transform your team into specialists at identifying, defining, and solving customer needs.
  • Foster brand loyalty through sales leadership, coaching, and building connections with the store management team and customers.
  • Develop and lead the implementation of business strategies to drive maximum performance and achieve sales targets.
  • Organize and conduct effective and productive store visits, reviewing performance, customer engagement, opportunities, client expectations, and key business initiatives.

Pay: $65,000 per year Base + Bonus

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of specific sales retail management experience
  • Demonstrated strong sales expertise with a track record of leading teams to surpass goals and timelines.
  • Outstanding team leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and train others effectively.
  • Solid business acumen utilizing data to enhance productivity and accountability.
  • Experience managing and influencing client relationships at an executive level, with the capability to present and engage with various management tiers.
  • Willingness to work weekends, evenings, regular hours, and holidays is a necessary part of the role.
  • Physical capability to perform various tasks like bending, lifting, standing, and moving items.
  • Comfortable sitting for extended periods and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds independently.
