Under direction of the Human Resources Chief, the Staff Services Manager I (Specialist) will act as the Project Manager responsible for managing the special project planning and activities within Workforce Support Branch in ServiceNow as part of the HR Modernization.

The Project Manager Specialist will manage the HR Modernization project and provide guidance and expertise to management and supervisors on project management practices, including all components of project planning, project tracking, and project reporting.

The Incumbent will collaborate with OAS leadership and managers to plan, manage, and implement multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain project reporting to leadership on a regular basis.

The Incumbent acts as the liaison with the Office of Information Services (OIS) to ensure software-related project needs are met.
