POSITION SUMMARY:

The Manager, IT Program Management has end to end oversight of key programs to ensure they deliver expected and aligned Business Cases in coordination with our "Must Win Battles" for the North America zone. They will ensure all programs are delivered to the IT and/or Business Sponsors, on time, on budget, on scope and on quality. You will facilitate dynamic and iterative scoping, delivery and change management, adhering to established Program and Project Management methodologies. You will be responsible for leading and driving discovery through to design with the Assembly Team of IT and/or Business resources to then build the Business Case with comprehensive budget planning for final submission and approval.

  • Ensure the discovery process of the initiative has been completed to the alignment with IT and/or Business sponsors
  • Strategically integrate across multiple functions within IT and/or the Business to effectively drive Discovery through to Design and execution of the program/project through to successful delivery
  • Effectively articulate status and concerns at all levels in the organization--with senior leaders through to project team members and third-party service/solution providers.
  • Manage by proactively anticipating issues, needs, concerns, risks, leveraging program/project methodologies as a tool to ensure alignment to goals and objectives of the program/project
  • Protect the execution of the project to deliver the outcome as expected of the Business Case while adhering to the scope, budget, timeline, and quality of the delivery
  • Manage and resolve issues, and/or conflicts in a cross-functional environment
  • Lead teams and the program/project through crisis management that builds confidence and enables collaboration at all levels in the organization
  • Must handle multiple priorities simultaneously and dynamically prioritize and re-prioritize work for her/himself and the program/project team as appropriate
  • Must leverage interactions at all levels of the matrix organization to ensure program/project execution moves forward towards successful delivery

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, computer science, information systems, business administration or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 7+ years of diverse roles and increasing leadership responsibilities across major projects and programs, including agile projects and programs with both IT and business industries
  • 5+ years of experience leading projects with at least 3-5 million dollar budget
  • 5+ years of experience within end-to-end program ownership and delivery, people and project development, and diverse cultures

The approximate pay range for this position is $161,000.00 to $184,000.00 annually. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
