About the Role:
  • Operate and supervise the line, assign stations, and work alongside crew members.
  • Complete daily food prep, ensure kitchen stock, and use required equipment proficiently.
  • Prepare menu items as per orders, maintaining quality standards.
  • Train crew members, troubleshoot equipment issues, and support kitchen changes.

Requirements:
  • 6+ months of food service experience.
  • 1+ year of coaching and supervising experience.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Physical requirements include standing for long periods, bending, and reaching.
  • Proficiency in reading English training materials and instructions.
  • Attention to detail.
