    • Maintain a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests, ensuring a fond farewell.
    • Build strong relationships with guests, inquiring about their satisfaction and preferences.
    • Empower staff to resolve guest concerns in a timely manner, ensuring full satisfaction.
  • **Employee Management, Engagement & Training**
    • Lead by example, taking accountability for problems and ensuring all associates are perfectly groomed and behave according to company image and core values.
    • Provide overall leadership, recognizing and motivating team members, coaching, and training for operational excellence.
    • Take part in the hiring and firing process, as well as the orientation process for new associates.
    • Conduct regular performance appraisals, identifying areas for development and training needs.
  • **Procurement and Deliveries**
    • Identify and estimate food and beverage supply requirements, placing orders with suppliers.
    • Check and order supplies of non-food items, scheduling deliveries.
    • Ensure consumable and non-consumable goods are ordered, stored, and inventoried correctly.
  • **Finance, Cost Control & Budgeting**
    • Monitor restaurant sales and revenue, ensuring accurate cash management procedures.
    • Review and comment on daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, analyzing budget variances and proposing corrective actions.
    • Manage F&B costs, ensuring they align with budgeted targets.
