  • **Finance, Cost Control & Budgeting**
    • Monitor restaurant sales and revenue, ensuring accurate cash management procedures.
    • Review and comment on daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, analyzing budget variances and proposing corrective actions.
    • Manage F&B costs, ensuring they align with budgeted targets.
