Teller/Customer Service Salary: $18.47 per hour


Teller/Customer Service Responsibilities:
  • Consistently demonstrate effective sales and service skills
  • Consult members on SCCU products and services; recommend additional products to meet their needs
  • Serve as floor manager when needed, directing members efficiently to minimize wait time
  • Perform various transactions including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and sales of monetary instruments
  • Balance cash and daily work for member account integrity
  • Service existing deposit and loan accounts to exceed member expectations

Teller/Customer Service Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 months of prior customer service and cash handling experience

Education: High School Diploma or equivalency

Schedule: Full Time during Branch hours: Monday - Friday 7:45am - 6:30pm, Saturdays alternated on Rotation 8:45am - 1:30pm
