We are looking for experienced and dedicated professionals to take on the role of Concrete and Asphalt Maintenance Foreman. This is a full-time, year-round position that offers a supportive work environment and a team-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage teams involved in asphalt paving, concrete, and seal coating projects.
  • Coordinate all construction phases and delegate tasks efficiently.
  • Establish and enforce standards for safety, quality, and productivity.
  • Conduct daily safety meetings and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Plan work schedules based on project requirements and prioritize tasks.
  • Review project specifications and ensure proper tools and materials are available.
  • Provide guidance to construction workers and assist them as needed.
  • Monitor work progress and site conditions to meet project requirements.

Required Skills

  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
  • Proficient in asphalt, concrete, and seal coating practices.
  • Prepare and transport materials, tools, and equipment to job sites.
  • Ability to travel between office and work locations.
  • Physically capable of prolonged standing, bending, and lifting.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record.
  • Skilled in operating various equipment like skid steers, pavers, and dump trucks.
  • Experience with concrete tools such as finishers, trowels, and saws.
  • Capable of working independently under supervision.
  • Proficiency in different types of curb pouring techniques.
  • Effective in handling tasks in active road environments.
  • Familiarity with maintenance operations for traffic control.
  • Knowledge of Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Valid Driver's License
