Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement construction schedules and plans
- Supervise and train workers and tradespeople
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards
- Coordinate with site superintendents and project managers to achieve project goals
- Monitor attendance and productivity of crew and subcontractors
- Resolve issues and conflicts in a timely and professional manner
- Proven experience as a construction foreman or journeyman carpenter
- High school diploma or equivalent; or diploma in a skilled trade
- 7 years of experience in the construction industry, with at least 3 years as a foreman or high-level carpenter
