Medline Industries, LP is the leading nationwide supplier of medical, surgical and pharmaceutical products to hospitals, nursing homes, HME providers, surgery centers, physician offices, and home care/hospice settings.

Due to continued growth, we are in need of an Onsite Supervisor to join our team

for an initial schedule of 7:00am-3:30pm. This position will eventually transition to a 4:00am-12:30pm schedule.
The Onsite Supervisor is an integral part of our team's success.

esponsible for the day to day supervision of personnel at either a large site or multiple small sites to ensure the timely, accurate, and quality delivery of customer goods and service.


Responsibilities:


Lead, develop, and mentor staff through on-boarding, open communication, training and development opportunities, and performance management process; build and maintain employee morale and motivation; ensure the team is appropriately staffed with required competencies.

Monitor backorder reports and production scheduling and coordinate resources to ensure minimal backorders. Ensure overall quality of the items delivered.
Create inventory transfers and production orders to meet the established production schedules and service levels.
Create all needed paperwork, the completion of all required functions and the electronic receipt of finished goods. Ensure compliance with all regulatory functions that apply.

Ensure customer needs and expectations are met by ensuring product quality, inventory levels, and staff interactions are in line with or exceed expectations.

Conduct site audits, annual physical inventory. Regularly interact with management, sales and customers on matters concerning functional areas.

Develop and mentor staff through on-boarding, open communication, training and development opportunities and performance management processes; build and maintain employee morale and motivation; ensure the team is appropriately staffed with required competencies.

Travel to new site locations within region to train staff, establish procedures and evaluate needs of the customer.

Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
5 years' experience in a related field; at least 3 years in a supervisory role.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
Lean /Six Sigma exposure a strong plus.
Experience in a healthcare setting
