BlackRock Resources is seeking a Project Manager who has a strong background in commercial construction, primarily with the HVAC/ Mechanical scope.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in the construction industry directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified above per department (trade) and/or willing to learn
  • Organizational skills in order to coordinate tasks pertaining to construction projects
  • Ability to oversee projects and employees
  • Sufficient knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Sufficient knowledge of mathematics including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
  • Ability to compute and interpret charts and graphs
  • Ability to schedule and prioritize all work assignments
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of diverse individuals
  • Ability to enforce and abide by all company rules and procedures
  • Excellent knowledge of construction plans and specifications
