. This is a permanent, full-time position paying $85k-$120k DOE. Schedule is Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m., although additional hours may be required in order to complete work timely and accurately. Some flexibility in hours is allowed based on management's approval. Regular in-office presence may be required for the first 90 days or until proficiency in the role is demonstrated.

The Wealth Management Consultant plays a crucial role in offering investment advisory, financial planning, and retirement planning services tailored specifically for independent contractor doctors and associate doctors.


What you get to do:
Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and tax planning.
Prepare and update client consult files for annual review meetings.
Engage clients in discussions about their financial goals, educating them on various investment options and their implications.
Provide strategic investment advice aimed at portfolio diversification and risk mitigation, adjusting strategies as clients experience life changes.
Review and assess annual income tax returns, completing year-end tax projections.
Respond promptly to client inquiries via email and phone.
Reconcile clients' current investment asset allocations.
Analyze and optimize retirement plans in line with clients' yearly objectives.
Stay informed on market trends and financial news to ensure accurate and relevant investment advice.
Monitor client portfolios continuously, proposing necessary adjustments.
Maintain detailed records of services rendered.
Contribute to the firm's revenue growth by offering proactive investment management solutions to existing clients.

What you need to succeed:
A bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
A minimum of 4 years of experience in public accounting or a similar field is preferred.
CPA or CFP certification is strongly preferred.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are essential.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel, is necessary.
