We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Excellent keyboarding skills

The main responsibilities of this role include:

  • Researching overseas suppliers online and creating databases for new prospective suppliers
  • Updating databases with potential customer information
  • Assisting in qualifying overseas suppliers by analyzing costs and capabilities
  • Updating customer contact information in the database
  • Collaborating with the Purchasing and Management teams
  • Maintaining a log of all work for daily review by management

This position requires approximately 20 hours per week on site, with flexible hours between 8 AM and 4 PM, Monday to Friday.
