Leonardo DRS Land Systems is seeking a full-time Program Analyst II for our Bridgeton, MO facility. This position will develop plans, schedules, and budgets to meet contractual requirements for a large program or several portions of a more complex program.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and within-budget completion of contractual requirements.
- Track and manage infield repairs and retrofit actions, ensuring seamless execution and minimal disruptions.
- Support the program manager through data analytics to provide actionable insights and drive key program metrics.
- Establish and maintain complex program plans, conducting in-depth research to define program requirements and ensure alignment with customer needs.
- Interface with customers, vendors, and internal departments to coordinate deliverables, budgets, and schedules, fostering strong relationships and ensuring successful project outcomes.
- Prepare briefing materials to support program meetings and presentations, effectively communicating project status and progress.
- Develop and implement new methods for tracking and reporting program status statistics, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
- Make recommendations to management on changes and improvements, driving process enhancements and cost savings.
- Assist with proposal efforts, providing critical support to ensure successful bid submissions.
- Direct, lead, and organize small project teams to achieve key metrics, leveraging expertise and driving project success.
- Develop Supplier Statements of Work for subcontractors, ensuring clear expectations and successful collaboration.
- Track and ensure on-time delivery of key contractual document deliverables to the customer, maintaining high levels of quality and customer satisfaction.
- May provide work leadership for lower-level employees, mentoring and developing talent to drive business growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years directly related experience or equivalent combination of education/training and experience.
U.S. Citizenship is required. This position requires an active DOD security clearance or the ability to obtain such clearance within a reasonable time after commencement of employment.
