We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Performance Parts Sales Representative to join our team at Hussmann. As a key member of our Performance Parts Department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, ensuring that customer specifications and requests are entered correctly and in a timely manner.
- Order Processing: Process orders for shipments, including complete entry of customer and transaction data to ensure correct recording of order.
- Inventory Management: Utilize Hussmann's Parts Oracle System to capture customer information and generate proposals, while also qualifying customers for urgency and history of business transactions.
- Communication: Communicate and coordinate opportunities between Equipment Sales teammates, while also monitoring and completing Warranty Parts Order and Tracking.
- Department Projects: Assist in department projects, which may include shared mailbox and other tasks as assigned.
- Education: High School Diploma required, with 2 years of experience; Bachelor's Degree preferred with 0 years of experience.
- Experience: 2+ years of customer engagement experience, with 6 months of inside sales experience servicing clients via phone or email preferred.
- Skills: Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and Internet Explorer. BSS experience preferred.
- Personal Qualities: Advanced verbal and written communication skills, ability to develop and maintain an organized and repeatable sales and ordering process, enthusiasm for customer service, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
