Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor



The Village at Fountain Lake Apartment Homes in Gonzales, Louisiana is looking for a full-time Maintenance Supervisor.



Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Plan and assist in the apartment make ready process for vacant units
  • Completion of assigned work orders for repairs and improvements
  • Must be skilled in all maintenance areas including appliance repairs, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, pools, irrigation systems, etc.
  • Property and vacant unit inspections
  • Maintain inventory of parts and supplies
  • Work with the Property Manager to stay within budget guidelines for expenditures
  • Keep maintenance logs updated
  • Ensure organization and security of parts and storage areas
  • Perform preventative maintenance tasks as necessary
  • Additional assigned duties

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of apartment/multi-family experience
  • Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience
  • Customer service focused
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
