Job Description

SURESTAFF is currently looking to fill multiple positions for Warehouse Leads at a large distribution center in Princeton, IN. As a Warehouse Lead, you will oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, which includes managing incoming shipments, organizing materials, and preparing outbound deliveries. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, lead a team of warehouse associates, and maintain open communication with warehouse leadership.

Responsibilities of the Warehouse Lead:

  • Responsible for managing inbound, outbound, and transfer operations
  • Assist in leading the warehouse team and providing feedback to managers
  • Coordinate with material handlers and forklift drivers to optimize productivity
  • Supervise order processing to ensure accuracy
