Position Overview
Role Summary
We are in search of an Associate, Supply Planner who will collaborate closely with the Supply Chain team to comprehend product demand and execute supply planning tasks to guarantee a seamless flow of products in the marketplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain optimized stock levels for designated products.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure all requirements are fulfilled for product packaging at external facilities.
- Analyze demand on a weekly and monthly basis using order and forecast data, adjusting plans as necessary.
- Oversee operations with external partners to ensure timely creation, review, and release of product documentation.
- Engage with third-party logistics providers to ensure prompt delivery of finished goods.
- Review monthly supply discrepancies and provide necessary insights for accurate lead time estimations.
- Ensure timely availability of products for order processing and resolve discrepancies between internal systems.
- Prepare various reports including back-order reports, bulk reports, and new product trackers as required.
- Manage Goods Receipt Notes and material consumption for all externally manufactured products.
- Create batches for externally manufactured products.
- Generate Advanced Shipping Notices and coordinate with logistics providers for material availability.
- Execute warehouse transactions manually due to system limitations.
- Set up product information for new items and maintain data integrity across various systems.
Qualifications
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in any field (Supply Chain preferred)
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a relevant role
Skills & Attributes:
- Familiarity with SAP is preferred.
- Strong analytical and forecasting capabilities.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong time management and agility.
- Attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
