Job Description

Job Purpose:


The Director - Wireless Sales plays the lead role in driving lease execution on Assets for which Agile Networks owns or has Colocation rights to.

This position is responsible for growing revenue in their carrier base through relationships and consulting skills.

Success in this role is dependent on a strong relationship with executive presence and understanding of Agile's long-term goals and expectations.


Essential Functions:
Day to day focus on securing new site leasing agreements with major carrier customersIdentify and develop new business sales opportunities on all offered products and services within an assigned geographic territoryWork cross-functionally to gather customer insight, understand your customers network needs, and match the Company's solutions with those needed to support customers' network expansion and improvementIdentify new business opportunities with named wireless carriers, tower owners, consultants, and other new prospects through research, calls, meetings, and presentationsDevelop clear, impactful sales account plans for assigned customersBroaden and deepen key relationships within customer accounts to increase account knowledge and influenceMaintain good working knowledge of wireless technologies and Agile portfolio to drive customer decisions and influence strategic choicesApproximately 50% travel may be required in support of the position's responsibilities

Education:
Four years of College resulting in a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent A Master's Degree or equivalent experience is preferred

Relevant Work Experience:

5 to 7 years in related field

Special Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

6 to 7 years of experience in Colocation Sales

5-10 years of B2B Sales Experience

Thrives in Competitive Environment Strategic Selling - Consultative Skills Persuasion Executive Presence Business Acumen Resource Management Relationship Building Innovation - Creativity Resource Leadership
