About this role: The Lead Readiness Consultant - IT is responsible for leading change management and organizational readiness strategies to drive organizational transformation within the IT organization. This includes utilizing storytelling and strategic change methodologies, implementing change management tools, and measuring success metrics.

  • Partner to build internal change capability by providing change management training and tools
  • Enable and support a community of change agents
  • Drive awareness of the need for change to drive adoption and reduce resistance
  • Identify and manage anticipated resistance
  • Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
  • Facilitate continuous improvement through the evaluation of key performance indicators
  • Lead large-scale organization-wide change efforts

  • Master's Degree preferred
