Job Description

The Hilton North Scottsdale at Cavasson is looking for a sociable and proactive individual to become part of our Accounting Team. If you have top-notch customer service skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for contributing to the success of our hotel events, this might be the perfect opportunity for you

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Track group deposits and payments to ensure timely debt collection from clients
  • Handle any billing discrepancies, errors, or disputes professionally
  • Engage with clients to address queries, offer explanations, and help them understand their billing statements
  • Collaborate with finance and sales/catering professionals to maintain accurate records
  • Ensure accurate billing of customers for hotel events and room reservations
  • Generate and send out invoices via electronic means or mail
  • Provide responses to customer inquiries and negotiate payment plans when necessary
  • Maintain precise records including customer details and payments received
  • Prepare and submit financial statements
  • Perform other assigned duties as needed

Requirements and Skills:

  • Previous experience as a billing coordinator or similar role is an advantage
  • Familiarity with the Hilton Front Office System (ONQ) is highly desirable
  • Strong numerical and financial data handling abilities
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Effective organizational and task coordination capabilities
