This position will work both independently and with team members to oversee the Mission and Culture Fellows/Interns Program for the Center for Catholic Studies Habiger Leadership Institute.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Coordinates the process of Fellows & Interns process throughout the year: orientation, mentoring, which includes discussions related to vocational discernment, motivations of students, effective pedagogy, administrative challenges, mission and culture issues, student engagement and hiring which includes cover letter, resume, portfolio, and mock interviews.
Works with and expand the number of Partner Schools teachers and administrators where Fellows/Interns are assigned – placements, schedules, progress reports, milestones.
Assists with writing grant proposals. Provide reports as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or the equivalent
Three years of administrative support experience, preferably in Higher Education
Preferred Qualifications
An advanced degree (BA/BS or Master's) in Catholic Studies plus teaching experience
Knowledge of Catholic Philosophy of education, classroom management, pedagogical arts, computer applications related to the work
