Job SummaryWe are seeking a Part-Time Certified Nursing Assistant/Assistant Resident to join our team on the Transitional Care Unit. As a CNA/AR, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, working closely with our nursing staff to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide personal care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist residents with daily living activities, such as eating, toileting, and transferring
- Monitor residents' physical and emotional well-being, reporting any concerns to the nursing staff
- Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans
- Collaborate with the nursing team to ensure seamless care delivery
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- MN Nursing Assistant certification required
- Available to work every other weekend and alternating holidays
- Basic computer skills with experience or ability to learn electronic health record systems
- Sensitivity to resident needs and ability to build positive relationships
- Ability to live Westwood Ridge II's customer service principles
- Ability to support Westwood Ridge II's mission and values
- Previous experience in acute care or long-term care
