· Leading a team of IT professionals and fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a senior IT leadership role, with experience in the financial services industry required . You should have a deep understanding of IT strategy, architecture, and operations and expertise in cybersecurity and risk management.

Skills/Abilities:

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • A high level of analytical skills.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity, risk management, and compliance requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in driving digital transformation, including implementing and integrating new technologies and solutions.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong vendor management and contract negotiation skills.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of formal training and experience. (Master's degree preferred)
  • Minimum of ten years of Information Technology and leadership experience in a Credit Union or similar financial institution.
  • Thorough knowledge of Credit Union products and applicable policies and standards.

Physical Requirements:

  • Sit, stand, twist, turn, bend, stoop, kneel, push/pull.
  • Repetitive movement of wrist, neck, and fingers.
  • Reaching above the head. Climbing when needed (step ladder).
  • Lifting up to 20 lbs.

Work Environment:

  • General office setting

Travel Requirements:

  • Occasional travel to branch locations, and/or attending seminars.
