Project Engineering Manager to oversee the site Failure Review Board, Engineering Manager will be able to teach site personnel on 5 Why analysis and Root Cause analysis, lead Reliability improvement efforts, support site on managing obsolete parts and the modernization efforts in Camden River line.

Engineering Manager will be customer facing, collaborate with Supt. of Fleet Performance to track CARP expenditures, overhauls and material needs for the site. Support Site Troubleshooting of LRV's, Signals, Track and Facilities. Experience in day-to-day activities for a rail maintenance shop and shop activities. Must be a able to work to support site Quality initiatives and quality plan. Lead these activities in the absence of Quality Manager.

Provide technical support to the LRV Maintenance Department by analyzing component failures, determining root cause analysis for LRV equipment failures, and developing improvements to existing equipment designs to increase LRV On Time Performance and to minimize unscheduled downtime for the River Line fleet of LRV's.
