Rate Range: $25-$28/Hr

Job Description:
Primary day-to-day responsibilities:
  • Monitor Service Now, work tickets as the come in, manage work load, schedule time with client to resolve issues.
  • Manage inventory, maintain CMDB (Configuration Management Database).
Required skills:
  • Very detailed with good communication and documentation.
  • Customer service skills a must
  • Overall 3+ years of experience should this person have
  • A+ Certification, or willing to get 90 days after conversion
