Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize foundational laboratory techniques in the production of Reagent Beads.
  • Contribute to the formulation and upkeep of manufacturing protocols for Reagent Beads.
  • Oversee the maintenance of laboratory equipment used in Reagent formulation.
  • Ensure the workspace adheres to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
  • Adhere to safety protocols established by the client.
  • Support the organization’s objectives, policies, and standard operating procedures.
  • Maintain precise logs and operational documentation.
  • Participate in cross-training for dispensing, aliquoting, and moisture analysis.
  • Document batch records and non-conformance reports accurately.
  • Review batch records promptly and thoroughly.
Qualifications
  • Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in a scientific discipline preferred, along with 0-3+ years of experience in Reagent Manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Required Skills and Competencies
  • Strong technical and laboratory skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Demonstrated skills in organization, prioritization, and time management.
  • Proficient in desktop software applications.
  • Familiarity with SAP operations.
  • Experience with TrackWise and ARIBA.
  • Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
Physical Requirements
  • Position based at the Union City site.
  • Capability to lift containers weighing up to 20 lbs.
  • Willingness to cover rotating responsibilities.
