About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Lube Technician to join our team at Oil Changers Inc. As a Lube Technician, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest level of quality in our oil change services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work as a team member to ensure procedures are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Observe and comply with safety rules and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Provide top-notch service to customer vehicles, including checking and changing car fluids and filters.
  • Check vehicles' tire pressure and provide specialized services such as transmission, differential, and radiator services.
  • Note customer and maintenance information into the computer system.
  • Provide prompt and courteous customer service, explaining the services provided and recommending additional services as needed.
  • Accept payment for services and maintain a clean work area, including the grounds, restrooms, and customer area.
  • Perform related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Ability to read and write English and successfully complete the Lube Technician training course.
  • Previous automotive experience is helpful but not required.
  • Ability to operate equipment such as overhead and floor-mounted oil and grease guns, differential pump, transmission fluid exchange machine, and calculator.
  • Ability to reach four feet in height overhead and perform tasks that require bending, stretching, and walking up/down stairs.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and co-workers.
Working Conditions

This position works in a garage environment 100% of the time, exposing you to heavy equipment, slick surfaces, and hot-cold temperatures.
