Letnes Restaurant Group owns and operates over two dozen restaurants and other businesses (and growing aggressively) throughout Minnesota, Iowa and Wisconsin.

We are seeking an experienced and professional Director of Human Resources to join our growing corporate office team in Waite Park MN

Responsibilities of this position:
Recruit, interview, hire, on-board and coordinate training of management positions

Oversee staffing of restaurant personnel

Coordinate and/or conduct ongoing development and training of restaurant management and staff

Ensure policies and procedures are updated regularly

Conduct restaurant personnel file audits including I-9's

Develop, update and execute systems to measure and promote retention of great talent

Oversee Benefit programs and Payroll and Benefits Administrator.

Administer Open Door Policy, receive and manage HR complaints, conduct HR investigations

Work as a team with owners, operating partners, COO and other LRG leadership.

The ideal candidate will:
Have successfully completed college education in human resources

Have experience in human resources in a restaurant environment

Communicate openly, clearly and effectively with a positive, solutions-oriented demeanor.

Be computer literate and be able to effectively use Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word etc), and other digital resources.

Ability to navigate, adapt manage and program multiple HRIS platforms. (ADP, Netchex, Indeed, TalentReef, etc).
