About the Role

Sterling Park Senior Living is seeking a dedicated and passionate Director of Life Enrichment to join our team. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for developing and implementing life-enriching activities and programs that promote the physical and psychosocial well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, develop, and coordinate a comprehensive program of activities that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents.
  • Collaborate with staff, family members, and community resources to ensure a seamless and engaging experience for our residents.
  • Utilize your creativity and expertise to design and implement innovative programs that promote mental, physical, and social stimulation.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our programs and make adjustments as needed to ensure optimal resident satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Successful completion of state-specific required training/certification, such as the Activity Professional Qualification Course.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and a passion for working with seniors.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate positively and professionally with residents, families, and staff.
