Essential Job Duties


As a Product Marketing Manager at BambooHR, you will be responsible for planning and executing key GTM initiatives to drive business growth.

You will use your knowledge of product benefits and market fit to clearly articulate our value proposition to the market.

We have an exceptional product with a focused mission and we want everyone to know about them As a member of our phenomenal Product Marketing Team, you will be asked to understand the product feature set and competitive positioning as you develop innovative and compelling deliverables such as messaging, sales collateral, launch materials, and marketing content.


You will:
Drive comprehensive go-to-market strategies that tie to business objectives and lead to business growthConduct market and competitor analysis to uncover market potential and unique messaging opportunitiesDefine and refine our product's messaging and positioning to drive awareness and demand for our productsWork collaboratively with Sales, Product Management, Marketing Communications, Demand Generation, and other teams to drive growth and customer successDevelop powerful and persuasive sales pitches and compelling assets that showcase our leading HR software productsGenerate internal momentum with the launch of new products/offerings, and prepare the organization for bringing these products to the marketWork closely with product management to provide input on product roadmap based on market feedback and trendsAct as a subject matter expert and target audience authority as you support internal teams in achieving their KPIs and business goalsWhat You Need to Get the Job Done


You have been trained in the Product Marketing or Product Management disciplineYou have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree preferredYou have 3+ years of Product Marketing under your beltYou have experience with product marketing strategy and execution in high-tech companies, specifically around subscription and/or SaaS/Cloud business modelsYou have experience with all aspects of product marketing including messaging, positioning, competitive research, packaging, content creation, campaign execution, etc.

You have experience with data-driven market research and analysis to inform strategy, prioritization, and messagingYou have experience working with cross-functional teams that span marketing, sales, and product management organizations.
