Key Responsibilities:

Website Management:

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the company website's user experience.
  • Collaborate with web developers to ensure the site is uptodate, visually appealing, and optimized for search engines.
  • Monitor website analytics and implement improvements based on data insights.

Customer Reviews and Ratings:

  • Monitor and manage customer reviews across various platforms.
  • Develop strategies to encourage positive reviews and address negative feedback promptly.
  • Collaborate with customer service teams to resolve issues highlighted in reviews.

Net Promoter Scores (NPS) and Customer Surveys:

  • Implement and manage NPS and customer survey programs to gauge customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Analyze survey data to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans accordingly.

Online Reputation Management:

  • Develop and maintain a positive online brand image.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and feedback on social media and review platforms.
  • Implement reputation management strategies to enhance brand credibility.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Analyze website performance metrics, customer reviews, NPS, and survey data.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to leadership on the effectiveness of online initiatives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, website management, and customer feedback analysis.
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools, customer survey platforms, and reputation management tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive strategic decisions.
