RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

  • Inspecting & documenting homes for storm damage
  • Meeting directly with homeowners after inspections to educate them on the claims process
  • Close restoration agreements with homeowners
  • Create estimates for home exteriors and damages
  • Marketing/ lead generation for new prospects
  • Work ethic-MOST IMPORTANT- We will give you the game plan of how sales reps with no experience are crushing the competition, but you have to decide to get up and do it.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be willing to outwork the competition
  • Must be comfortable dealing face to face with customers
  • Must be able to climb a ladder
  • Must have a truck (or willing to purchase one)
  • Independent nature, self-discipline, and good time management
  • Construction experience IS NOT NEEDED.

COMPENSATION

  • Commissions paid on all completed claims (average of $3,000 per job)
  • Monthly and Annual bonuses for performance.

Job Types: Full-time, Commission

Salary: $75,000 to $250,000/year (NO CAP ON COMMISSIONS)
