Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Structural Engineer with a passion for Technical Sales Support.


This role involves minimal travel and primarily requires presence at the local office.

Qualifications:
- Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in Texas is mandatory.
- A B.S. degree in Civil or Structural Engineering is preferred.


- 5-15+ years of experience in structural design, focusing on commercial structures such as reinforced concrete, light-gauge steel, structural steel, multi-family units, and mass timber design, including CLT.


Construction Knowledge:
- Practical understanding of wood, concrete, and steel construction methodologies.

Product Expertise:
- General familiarity with concrete anchors and light gauge steel. Experience in designing fasteners, connectors, and lateral systems is advantageous.

- Proficient in computer applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, ACAD, and various design software).

Customer Engagement:
- Ability to swiftly and effectively address customer issues while maintaining productive relationships with both internal and external clients. Adapt priorities to meet urgent and evolving customer demands, while recognizing and mitigating potential adverse reactions.

Self-Management:
- Set clear priorities, goals, and timelines to maximize productivity. Capable of managing multiple projects and competing priorities while demonstrating a high level of initiative and commitment to timely task completion.

Communication Skills:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, including proofreading and maintaining a professional phone demeanor. Capable of effectively presenting information and responding to inquiries from various stakeholders. A positive attitude and collaborative spirit are essential.

Driving Record:
- Must possess and maintain a driving record that adheres to company policies.

Travel Requirements:
This position necessitates approximately 15% domestic travel, including occasional overnight stays.

Relocation:
