  • 5-15+ years of experience in structural design, with a focus on commercial structures, reinforced concrete, light-gauge steel, structural steel, multi-family, and mass timber design, including CLT, is highly desirable.
  • Construction Expertise:
  • Practical working knowledge of wood, concrete, and steel construction methods.
  • Product Knowledge:
  • General knowledge of concrete anchors and light-gauge steel.
  • Design experience with fasteners, connectors, and lateral systems is a plus.
  • Technical Skills:
  • 2 years of experience with computer software, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, ACAD, and various design software.
  • Customer Focus:
  • Ability to quickly and effectively solve customer problems and maintain productive internal and external customer relationships.
  • Self-Management:
  • Set priorities, goals, and timelines to achieve maximum productivity.
  • Communication:
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong proofreading ability.
  • Travel Requirements:
  • This role requires 15% domestic travel with occasional overnight stays.
  • Relocation:
  • Relocation may be considered for this position.
