The Role:

We are seeking a Credit Administrative Specialist responsible for advanced clerical support within the Credit Department, facilitating documentation flow, managing credit card transactions, and assisting in various operational areas.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Enhancement of collection procedures including credit card processing and account communication
  • Ensuring Accounts Receivable accuracy through internal reconciliation and record maintenance
  • Handling credit applications and supporting the management decision-making process
  • Assisting in credit clearance processes as required
  • Management of employee accounts and Unclaimed Property
  • Execution of additional credit department tasks as delegated
Skills and Expertise:
  • Effective multitasking and prioritization abilities
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with a focus on deadlines
  • Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficient in computer applications and communication
  • Works well both independently and in a team setting
  • Familiarity with Great Plains software
