Location: La Quinta Boston - Somerville
Responsibilities:
- Assist with equipment operation, maintenance, and repair.
- Perform various maintenance tasks including light bulb changes, furniture repairs, and plumbing work.
- Conduct preventative maintenance on a range of equipment and facilities.
- Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies.
- Complete assigned tasks from supervisors or managers.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in hospitality or a related field is preferred.
- High School diploma or equivalent is required.
- Trade license (e.g., plumbing, electrical) is a plus.
- Valid driver's license for the state is mandatory.
- Clean Motor Vehicle Driving Record is necessary.
